LinkedIn Learning contains a huge range of video tutorials supporting learning in software, technology, creative and business skills but also some aspects of Wellbeing (i.e: mindfulness, meditation, stress management, etc).
We've handpicked a few courses with ideas, tips and advice for enhancing your health and wellbeing! Try one that might be of interest to you, they are not in order of importance or meaning.
