Media and Communication: Journals

Journals

Journals are an important source of information for essays and research and can be more up to date and in depth than books. Journal articles provide specialist and focussed information.

Trade journals are aimed at professionals working in the industry and provide up-to-date news, trends, stories and analysis from the sector and usually published weekly or monthly.

Academic journals are peer reviewed, publishing and disseminating high quality research. They are usually published every 3 to 6 months and are available electronically
