If you’re finding it hard to manage your study time, several factors could be at play. It might be a time planning issue, an attention challenge, or both!

Understanding your study materials
Do you have strategies for making sense of what you're learning? To get the most out of your course, attend lectures and tutorials, ask questions, and use your reading list. You can also try simpler explanations from sources like Google, Wikipedia, videos, or AI tools to complement, not replace, academic sources.
Knowing how to tackle assignments
