The IT Service Desk

If you have a technical problem accessing systems and applications provided by the University it is best to contact the IT Service Desk.

They are available between 08:30-18:00, from Monday to Friday.

Online Learning guide: tips to succeed at learning online, namely, getting the IT right for learning online; organising your place to study and your time; connecting, interacting and participating in online learning; looking after yourself and your wellbeing

Other resources

The good news about having an IT problem is that it's probably happened to someone else before. A good way to improve your confidence is reading about how other people have solved similar problems.

Ask Leo: Leo Notenboom has been hosting a tech-focused advice column since 2003. His website has thousands of articles and is fully searchable. He also publishes a weekly newsletter highlighting the current topics people are asking him about.

The Tech Guy: Leo Laporte hosts a twice weekly talk show where he discusses technology-related topics in an easy to follow way. The episodes are long, but each covers a variety of topics.
