Keep your body healthy
- Eat healthy food
- Sleep at least seven hours each night
- Try to get up at the same time every day in the week
- Exercise regularly
- Get out, even for a quick walk, every day
- Have a routine
- Set your learning objectives the day/night before so you have a plan for the day. The objectives have to be SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound). For more information on planning check the Place and Time section.
- Take regular breaks – they help concentration!
- Enjoy your studies ant take interest in what you are learning!
- Try to maintain a positive outlook. The more positive you feel, the better you will learn, then more positive you will feel, and better you will learn... it's a virtuous cycle!
