• Check regularly your university email address, Blackboard and other learning platforms 
• Familiarise with IT support (Service Desk) 
• Back up your materials using cloud storage, for example Dropbox or Google Documents
• Improve your IT skills with LinkedIn Learning and other guides (see boxes below)
