We know how easy it is to get stuck and we want to help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We can usually do this in one chat but will direct your query onwards if necessary.
We respond to chat requests in an average of just 11 seconds and our user rating is 3.8 out of four stars.
We have a team of Academic Liaison Librarians and Learning Advisers who work with students to develop academic skills, including academic writing, researching, thinking, and study skills. We offer individual appointments which can be booked through Engage.
